What we like
- It gives structure: a schedule and a shopping list for each week, so you don't have to plan meals yourself.
- The recipes use ordinary supermarket ingredients, and there is a swap list.
- The price is lower than most diet programs, and the refund window is 60 days.
What to know before you buy
- It replaces meals. A smoothie made mostly of fruit can be low in protein. If a smoothie is replacing a meal, add Greek yogurt, milk, nut butter or protein powder, as in our high-protein breakfast smoothies.
- The sales page makes big promises. It shows large individual results and says the program can reverse type 2 diabetes "in some individuals". We found no study of this program, and the page itself says results vary and that the author is not a doctor.
- Talk to a doctor first if you have diabetes, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney disease, or have a history of eating disorders.
- The checkout may offer add-ons. They are optional; the program itself is the $27 product.
Who it suits
People who already like smoothies, want a ready-made schedule and shopping lists, and prefer to follow a plan rather than build one. If you only want a few good recipes, the free ones on this site may be enough.
Questions
Is it a physical book?
No. It is a digital program; you download it after paying and nothing is shipped.
How much does it cost?
$27 on October 18, 2026, shown as $20 off $47. Check the official page for the current price.
Can I get a refund?
The official page offers a 60-day refund by email to the author. Payment is processed by Digistore24.
Can I follow it if I have diabetes?
Talk to your doctor first. Replacing meals with fruit smoothies can change your blood sugar, which may mean your diabetes medicine needs adjusting. The author also says he is not a doctor and advises asking yours.
