Where the protein comes from
Most of the protein in these smoothies comes from plain Greek yogurt, milk, nut butter or protein powder. Plain Greek yogurt usually has about twice as much protein as regular yogurt, but brands vary a lot, so check the nutrition label on your yogurt and protein powder if you track your numbers.
All five use the same method: liquid first, then the soft ingredients, then frozen fruit. Blend for 45–60 seconds and adjust with a splash of milk.
